POOL APPLICATIONS
When choosing to design and build a pool, there are generally two options you have;

1. A landscape architect with pool construction and approval knowledge may liaise with you, assess your site, propose concepts and design and document a pool. Advantages of this option include working directly with an independent professional whose aim is to please you within guidelines and restrictions of your local council.

At Conzept, we can prepare all documentation for this process, but would work with a planner, who would be the applicant and prepare all the required reports and paperwork, and stream-line the planning approval process. If budgets are an issue, the client may be the applicant.

2. Alternatively, you may choose to go directly with a pool builder, who can provide specialized information and advice, and may provide pool schemes as part of the consultation service. It is advisable to select pool builders carefully, and observe contracts closely to ensure adequate inclusions and allowances have been made for items you will need, to avoid variations in costs. It’s not advisable to base this decision off pricing and special deals alone.
